Basic Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering , Architectural, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Experience working with main contractors in construction.
Familiarity with the coordination and management of multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
At least 3 years Working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Proficiency in MS Office suites and MS Project to present reports and schedules to clients.
